| Jacobs receives $212 million contract option Jacobs Engineering Group announced that the U.S. Air Force recently exercised the third option period, worth more than $212 million, of a contract to the Aerospace Testing Alliance (ATA), which provides operations, maintenance, information management, and support to the Arnold Engineering Development Center (AEDC). A Jacobs subsidiary is the managing partner of the ATA joint venture. The other ATA joint venture partners are Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) and General Physics (GP). The contract has a maximum potential value of approximately $2.7 billion over a 12-year period, which includes a completed base period, seven options, and four award terms. AEDC is the largest and most advanced complex of flight simulation test facilities in the world.
