Amada introduces PCSAW330 metal cutting innovation

Amada Cutting Technologies has introduced another Amada metal cutting innovation, Pulse Cutting, to the North American markets. The PCSAW330 technology decreases cutting resistance while increasing blade life and cutting rates.

In standard metal cutting, vibrations created by the penetration forces have always accounted for premature blade wear and reduced cutting rates. Amada has introduced Pulse Cutting to eliminate these vibrations while increasing blade life and cutting rates.

The PCSAW330 is capable of cutting up to 13" diameter or 13" x 13" materials. With Amada's Pulse Cutting, lower cost per square inch of metal removal is ensured by the extended blade life and increased cutting rates, even in tough, nickel-based alloys.
