| Strabag acquires a further 50% share in Stratebau Strabag AG's Executive Board has passed a resolution concerning purchase of the 50% participation in Stratebau GmbH held by Teerbau GmbH, either directly, or indirectly through Josef Riepl Unternehmen für Hoch – und Tiefbau GmbH, a wholly-owned affiliate of Strabag AG. At the moment, both Teerbau GmbH and Josef Riepl Hoch- und Tiefbau GmbH each have a 50% holding in Stratebau GmbH, so that with the purchase of the additional 50% participation Stratebau GmbH will in future be a wholly-owned Strabag AG group company. Stratebau GmbH is mainly active in the road works and underground engineering sector, carrying out its operations in the federal state of Bavaria. Stratebau GmbH holds a 33.33% participation in the Bayerische Asphaltmischwerke GmbH & Co.
