| Carillion builds South London clinical centres Health services provider Clinicenta has been appointed preferred bidder for the development, construction and operation of two new surgical hubs and eight assessment and diagnostic centres in South London. Clinicenta is a 50:50 joint venture between Carillion, one of the UK's leading support services and construction companies, and Lodestone Patient Care, a leading UK provider of diagnostic imaging services. The principal facility under the contract is the provision of a new surgical centre at Queen Mary's Hospital in Sidcup, with other existing facilities receiving varying degrees of refurbishment.
