Duke recently closed on 57 acres of land in West Chester from two affiliates of Schumacher Dugan Construction, Jaquemin Farm, LLC and Hoffman Farm, LLC. Additionally Duke purchased approximately 30 acres in Hebron from the McGlassen family.
