| Morgan Est wins Belfast sewerage system upgrade Morgan Sindall's infrastructure services provider Morgan Est, with Belfast-based joint venture partner Farrans (Construction) Ltd, has been awarded a three-year £91.8 million deal to upgrade Belfast's sewerage system for Northern Ireland Water Service. Under the terms of the Stormwater Management Works contract, which is worth approximately £61.5 million to Morgan Est, the companies will design, build, test and commission a 9.4km tunnel, up to four metres in diameter, under the city centre to the Duncrue Wastewater Treatment Works.
