| Atkins helps Highways Agency to manage documentation Atkins, the UK's largest highways consultant, has been appointed by the Highways Agency (HA) to manage the National Motorway Communications System (NMCS) documentation. The new contract, which is worth £2 million over three years, is due to start in October 2006.
