| PBS&J Vice President elected chairman of the District PBS&J Vice President Charles A. Padera has been elected chairman of the Florida Inland Navigation District. The District is the state sponsor of the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway, a state and federal navigation project in Florida. The District's 320-mile boundary includes 12 of 13 counties on Florida's east coast, with the exception being Monroe County.
