| New Vice Chairman of Parsons Corporation The Parsons Corporation Board of Directors has elected Curtis A. (Curt) Bower to the role of Vice Chairman of the Parsons Corporation Board of Directors and named him Special Assistant to the Chairman and CEO, James F. (Jim) McNulty. In his prior position, Mr. Bower was Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer of Parsons Corporation where he handled all finance, treasury, tax, and insurance matters.
