| Emaar unveils Delphine at Marina Promenade Emaar Properties offers 68 additional home units in Dubai's most desired residential location – the Dubai Marina - with the launch of its sixth and final tower on Marina Promenade, The Delphine. The Delphine will be ready for hand over in January 2008.
