New easy-to-read control panel

United Air Specialists/Kleentek introduces a new, easy-to-read digital control panel on its line of electrostatic oil cleaning systems. This new feature allows an operator to monitor the operation of the UAS/Kleentek system and effectively troubleshoot oil filtration problems. The UAS/Kleentek system works electrostatically to draw contaminants of all particle sizes out of hydraulic oil. With filtering volumes of up to 10,000 gallons, UAS/Kleentek systems will enhance system performance in applications like automotive/assembly, injection molding, power generation, paper production and more.

The new UAS/Kleentek control panel features a text display that shows key operating conditions like motor amperage and oil dwell time. An optional oil temperature monitor helps protect the UAS/Kleentek system components from potential damage due to sustained high oil temperatures. Oil temperature can also be an indicator of overall machine health.

The new panel also notifies the operator of an error by displaying the cause of the error in text, rather than numeric code, and activating a flashing alarm on top of the UAS/Kleentek enclosure. For units installed in remote or hard-to-access areas, the control unit can be connected to a PLC controller to relay the alarm signal.

UAS/Kleentek's new control board has a NEMA 4 rating that allows the product to be used in dirty and harsh industrial environments and outdoor conditions, including rain, high humidity and above normal temperatures. An optional enclosure heater also helps ensure uninterrupted operation of the UAS/Kleentek control panel in cold environments.
