| Atkins director joins ICE Council Atkins' director of dams and water resources, Dr Andy Hughes, has been elected a member of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) Council. The ICE Council is the governing body of the institution and comprises the President, Immediate Past President, vice-presidents and 43 members.
