| LCR and the ODA announces candidates for Stratford City London & Continental Railways (LCR) and the Olympic Delivery Authority (ODA) announced shortlist of three bidders competing to deliver major elements of the Stratford City development in east London. The £4 billion scheme will bring almost 5,000 homes and 30,000 jobs to Stratford. It will be one of the largest mixed use developments in the UK for many years.
