| Skanska develops new office premises in Malmö Skanska continues to develop, build and rent out new office premises at Hjälmarekajen on Universitetsholmen in Malmö. Skanska and Öhrlings PriceWaterhouseCoopers have signed a seven-year rental contract. Skanska's investment amounts to SEK 200 M. The new office building at Hjälmarekajen will house a total of 8,500 square meters of office space of which Öhrlings PriceWaterhouseCoopers will lease 3,700 square meters. The project will begin at year-end 2006 and occupancy is scheduled for the end of 2008.
