| Clark to complete Fort Bliss project in Texas Clark Design/Build, LLC successfully completed the turnover of all three phases of construction on the $171-million Temporary Unit of Action Facility Project at Biggs Army Airfield, Fort Bliss, Texas, for the United States Army Corps of Engineers – Fort Worth District. The project was completed eight months after construction began. The design/build entity consisted of Clark Construction Group, LLC of Tampa, Fla. and LS3P ASSOCIATES LTD. of Charleston, S.C.
