| HBG to construct £29 million college in Birmingham HBG has been appointed to the second stage negotiations for the new £29 million Joseph Chamberlain Sixth Form College in Birmingham. The new college facility, to replace the existing outdated college, will comprise a crescent-shaped three-storey teaching block, hall, library, café, and a new 2,300 sq sports hall for college and community use. This project is part of HBG's extensive education portfolio that includes school, college and university projects across the UK, both traditional contracts and PFI.
