| Bechtel National wins contract by FEMA Bechtel National, Inc. (BNI) has been awarded a two-year contract by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to provide temporary housing and disaster recovery center support in times of future disasters. Under the Individual Assistance Technical Assistance Contract (IA-TAC), which has a $250 million ceiling, BNI will carry out task orders assigned by FEMA in response to disasters. Work could include site assessment and inspection; temporary housing unit hauling, installation, and staging area support; temporary housing group site design; general construction services; and facility management. To help BNI in performing the work, it has subcontracted with federally certified small businesses Selrico Services, Inc., By Light Professional IT Services, Inc., and Systems Integration/Modeling & Simulation, Inc.
