Jacobs receives contract with London Fire

Jacobs Engineering Group has received a contract to provide multidisciplinary services to the London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority (LFEPA).

Officials did not disclose the contract value on this 3-year contract that has a potential 2-year extension.

Jacobs will deliver a range of professional construction-related management and design services including project management, cost consultancy, planning supervision, architecture, building services engineering, civil and structural engineering, and site inspection.

The third largest firefighting organization in the world, the LFEPA has responsibility for the Greater London area which has a resident population of 7 million people.
