| Matterhorn Capital acquires British Land HQ in London Property company Matterhorn Capital has agreed to acquire the headquarters of The British Land Company PLC in Regent's Park for £50.5million. Co-founded in 2005 by Anthony Lyons and Simon Conway, majority shareholders in the Earls Court and Olympia Group, Matterhorn Capital intends to invest a further £35 million converting the buildings 2-12 and 20-21 Cornwall Terrace into a collection of exclusive luxury houses. Matterhorn Capital will restore the buildings with conservation specialists and architects who understand the unique nature of Regency property.
