| Duke Purchases to develops office campus in Rosemont Duke Realty Corporation has announced the acquisition of 16 acres at 9800-9850 Balmoral Avenue in Rosemont, Ill. The land parcel, featuring more than 1,000 linear feet of frontage along Interstate 294, could accommodate up to 550,000 square feet of office development. Duke's first step will be to demolish an existing, vacant warehouse formerly occupied by Minute Maid. Demolition is scheduled for third quarter 2006.
