Citigroup signs long-term lease at The Landings

Citigroup, a leading worldwide financial services provider, has officially signed a long-term lease totaling 194,000 square feet at The Landings, Duke Realty Corporation's new class "A" flagship office development in Blue Ash.

Citigroup will occupy 100 percent of Landings I consisting of 175,695 square feet and 18,305 square feet of Landings II.

Duke is in the final stages of construction of the Landings I building. Citigroup will occupy the space in October. Construction will begin immediately on Landings II with completion slated for June 2007.

Initially, Citigroup will occupy 10 percent of Landings II with an option to expand. The five-story building will house a total of 175,695 square feet.

Blue Ash is located just 20 minutes northeast of downtown Cincinnati via I-71. It is home to several national companies, including Proctor & Gamble, IBM, Ethicon, Federal Express and Kroger.

Duke's future plans for The Landings include a third premier office structure that will take the total square footage of the master-planned office park to 525, 000.
