| Hochtief to finance, build and service seven schools in Scotland Hochtief PPP Solutions (UK) Ltd., on behalf of East Ayrshire Council in southwest Scotland will finance and build seven schools on four sites for the Council and operate them for a period of 30 years on the basis of a public-private partnership (PPP) contract. The project represents a contract volume of some GBP 329 million (EUR 486 million). Hochtief PPP Solutions holds a 50-percent share in the project company. Hochtief's partners are Norddeutsche Landesbank, London (30 percent), and PFI Infrastructure Finance Ltd. (20 percent).
