| Vinci sells its stake in the Confederation Bridge concession Vinci Concessions Canada Inc. recently sold the controlling stake which it held in the company operating the concession for the Confederation Bridge linking the Canadian provinces of New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island to BPC Maritime Corporation, which already held 34% of SCDI (Strait Crossing Development Inc.).
