| Turner provides services for condominium complex in Philadelphia Turner Construction Company's Philadelphia office and ARCWheeler Group, LLC have entered into a construction management services agreement for a 480,000-sq.-ft., 33-story luxury condominium complex in Philadelphia, known as 10 Rittenhouse Square. Project demolition is complete and construction commenced in early July. The concrete and masonry structure located on Rittenhouse Square will feature 140 condominium units. The scope of work also includes a spa, restaurant, underground parking facility and a health and fitness center with pool and sundeck.
