| Emaar highlights new Shemara tower Emaar Properties unveiled a new waterfront living experience with The Shemara tower at Marina Promenade. The high-end residential condominium tower is located on the broadest section of Dubai Marina and offers the most panoramic views of the marina. The Shemara is the fourth in a series of six towers envisaged at Marina Promenade.
