Modular door lets configure door to fit your application

The Rite-Hite Corporation introduced The G-Flex Universal Door today. The G-Flex Universal Door is an alternative solution for sectional loading dock doors that have continuous problems with door damage, while allowing you to configure a door specifically for your application. Made from an extruded vinyl material, The G-Flex Universal Door has an interlocking modular design that allows for configuring different sectional door heights. Additionally, optional Day-Lite Translucent Slats and 12-inch, 18-inch or 30-inch high Ventilation panels can be integrated into The G-Flex Universal Door to provide additional natural light and air flow into the facility without compromising security.

Available in 2 or 3-inch thicknesses and door sizes up to 10-foot 2-inches wide and 12-foot high, The G-Flex Universal Door panels incorporate a integral support system which provides it with an optimum combination of flexibility and rigidity, and allows panels to withstand the more common bumps and fork truck impacts at the loading dock.

The bottom panel of the G-Flex Universal Door incorporates the unique GX-4000 Universal Replacement panel which can be impacted by a fork truck and does not take a 'set' like conventional panels. Intermediate panels can be constructed using the same GX-4000 Replacement Panels; or panels with Translucent slats and 24-inch by 8-inch windows or ventilation panels. For installation, The G-Flex Universal Door incorporates standard off-the-shelf mounting and attachment hardware.
