| The Bulldog shoe cleaning system Liberty Industries has introduced the Bulldog shoe cleaning system. The Bulldog 351 is designed to clean large boots and shoes at entrances to offices, warehouses, cleanrooms, laboratories etc. as employees and visitors enter form the outside or from a dirty work area. The system combines the company's bulldog shoe brush machine and its' Tacky Mat, each sheet of which has a strong adhesive coating that removes dirt on contact. The Bulldog features push button operation with a 1/6 horsepower, 115V/60HZ single phase motor. To collect dirt from the unit, the system requires a specially selected wet/dry vacuum or central vacuum system. The unit is commonly offered with the Tiger-Vac, Hepa-filtered vacuum manufactured by Tiger-Vac International. Protected by a 15 amp breaker, the Bulldog's total power requirements is 12.4 amps, including the vacuum attachment. The shaft of the Bulldog is constructed of carbon steel electroless nickel-plated design to reduce corrosion. Though it can be used for wet/dry applications, the stainless steel unit is for indoor use only. Rotating heavy-duty, non-abrasive brushes handle all types of dirt including mud, leaves, grass clippings, slush or sand. This make the Bulldog ideal for construction sites, building lobbies, gowning rooms, anterooms, production areas and pre-entry to cleanrooms. When used properly, the Bulldog can help reduce annual maintenance costs for facilities with high traffic areas where dirt is a concern, enabling users to protect expensive floors and carpets from damage. write your comments about the article :: © 2006 Construction News :: home page |
