| Duke to construct second Lake Forest office building Duke Realty Corporation will break ground in October for West Lake at Conway, a 100,000-square-foot, speculative Class "A" office facility in Lake Forest's Conway Park. The announcement follows Duke's successful lease-up of another speculative building in the same park. Cadence at Conway, a 138,000-square-foot office development, was leased to Hospira, Inc. last month, before ground was broken. The three-story facility, designed by Wright Architects, will feature a two-story lobby, 33,300-squarefoot floor plates and an architectural pre-cast exterior with floor to ceiling glass.
