| WTS honors four PB managers The Women's Transportation Seminar (WTS) named Janette Sadik-Khan, national transit market leader at Parsons Brinckerhoff (PB), the WTS International Woman of the Year and elected three PB managers, Ann Koby, Terry Gruver and Margaret O'Meara to the WTS International Board. Founded in 1977, WTS is dedicated to promoting the success of women within the transportation field.
