| Mott MacDonald awarded framework agreement by OGC Mott MacDonald, the global technical management and development consultancy, has been awarded a number of Catalist framework agreements by OGCbuying.solutions. OGCbuying.solutions is the trading arm of the Office of Government Commerce (OGC), which is itself an office of HM Treasury. OGC was launched on 1 April 2000 as a result of a review of civil procurement in Central Government. Mott MacDonald's success continues a seven year relationship with OGCbuying.solutions as an S-Cat supplier. The Catalist brand incorporates older framework agreements including GCat and S-Cat until they expire and a series of new framework agreements which have been developed to offer customers a broad range of goods and services aligned to their particular needs.
