| Tebodin takes over Doebel & Folger Tebodin Consultants & Engineers (part of the Dutch construction giant Royal BAM Group nv) has reached definitive agreement about the takeover of engineering consultancy Doebel & Folger GmbH, based at Neu-Isenburg (near Frankfurt am Main). This is the successful completion of the talks between Tebodin and Doebel & Folger announced on 9 March 2006. Doebel & Folger is a well-established local engineering firm, working mostly in the fields of chemical and pharmaceutical plant design. The firm has an annual turnover of approximately €3.5 million and has 55 employees.
