| Italcementi signed MoU with Arabian Cement The Italcementi Group said that, in connection with the agreements signed in May 2005 with Saudi Arabia's Arabian Cement Company, it had signed a Memorandum of Understanding to begin a feasibility study for a new cement plant near the city of Jeddah.
