| Bouygues Construction to build Bankok's three tallest towers Bouygues-Thai, a subsidiary of Bouygues Construction, is to build the three tallest residential towers in Bangkok (231 metres high), under a 73 million euro contract (including 41 million euros for Bouygues-Thai) awarded by Pebble Bay Co., subsidiary of Singapore developer HPL Properties Ltd. The 65-storey project covers a total floor area of 135,000 sq. m., and includes 370 luxury apartments, an Olympic-sized indoor swimming pool, gardens, pools, tennis courts and a jogging circuit. 720 car parking will also be provided. The project is scheduled for completion in December 2008. Bouygues-Thai recently completed construction of Impact Challenger, a 210,000 sq. m. exhibition centre in Bangkok, built for developer Bangkok Land. The design-and-build project, worth 55 million euros (including 38 million euros for Bouygues-Thai) started in September 2004. Previous projects completed by Bouygues-Thai in Bangkok include three other exhibition centres (138,000 sq. m. for a total amount of 70 million euros), shopping malls, office and residential towers, as well as many complexes of luxury villas.
