| Vinci defined the roles of Chairman and CEO Vinci's Board of Directors, chaired by Yves-Thibault de Silguy, defined the roles of Chairman (Yves-Thibault de Silguy) and Chief Executive Officer (Xavier Huillard) following the decision of 9 January 2006 to separate the two functions.
