| Arup leading light at ILD awards in Vegas Arup Lighting celebrates scooping three accolades at the prestigious International Lighting Design Awards ceremony in Las Vegas. The design team was honoured for: • The lighting design for Louis Vuitton stores worldwide • The daylight and electric lighting design at the High Museum of Atlanta • The Sustainability Award for High Museum's lighting scheme Last year, Arup Lighting's leader Rogier van der Heide was the first European to win the prestigious Radiance Award for his unique pixellated façade at the Galleria West Shopping Centre in Seoul. Arup Lighting also announced its commitment to the Education Trust Fund of the International Association of Lighting Designers. The Arup team offers an overseas student three months of training in their Amsterdam office, including air fare, accommodation in the city, and a stipendium.
