Next generation twin-stack air compressor

Hitachi Power Tools announced its newest addition to the air compressor market, the EC119SA featuring a large cast iron cylinder pump and a new protective roll cage designed to withstand demanding use on the jobsite. Hitachi's new EC119SA replaces the former EC119 air compressor and offers a higher PSI and locking regulator for improved performance in addition to two installed couplers for convenience. Hitachi's newest air compressor combines contractor grade quality with simplified operation. This portable compressor features a powerful 15 Amp induction motor for quiet operation and extended use as compared to universal motor products.

The contractor preferred 4-gallon twin stack features a large finned head pump and metal cooling fan to keep the pump cool during tough applications. The oil lubricated pump utilizes oversized bearings for quiet and dependable service. The EC119SA produces 5.3 cfm at 40 psi and 4 cfm at 100 psi. The locking regulator and 105 on/135 off psi means no worries about pressure wander or pressure starved tools on the job.

The unique roll cage design on the EC119SA protects the pump and motor from damage. The custom integrated control panel protects the gauge, regulator and plumbing, while centralizing controls for ease of use. Additional features that add convenience to the EC119SA include easy to use drain ball valves, a cord wrap that keeps the cord secure and out of harms way when not in use, a protected pressure switch, shock absorbing feet, manual overload protection, two-handed handle for manageability and two factory installed couplers ready for plug and plug functionality.

The EC119SA weighs just 63.7 lbs and ships complete with a bottle of synthetic oil and an oil dipstick.
