| Black & Veatch Selected for Air Quality Project Black & Veatch's Air Quality Control business line has been awarded an assignment to provide both conceptual and detailed engineering design and procurement support for the installation of selective catalytic reduction (SCR) for the St. Johns River Power Project (SJRPP) in Jacksonville, Fla. The project includes adding SCR to two 640-megawatt (MW) pulverized coal-fired generating units operated by SJRPP.
