| Vinci Has No Plans to Take Over Nexity A French builder, Vinci SA, formally denies reports that there are any negotiations currently under way between Vinci and Nexity, a French real estate development company, over the possibility of takeover of Nexity by Vinci. Vinci said that there are no grounds whatsoever to think that such a scenario could have been devised to protect Vinci from alleged investment fund speculation.
