Sennebogen introduced 821 Series green machines

Sennebogen America has introduced two new machines designed to expand the range of applications served by its renowned material handling product lineup. The 821 M, rubber-tired model, and the 821 R, track-mounted model, offer a compact alternative to the previous Sennebogen material handlers. Both machines are recommended for scrap recycling yards, logging yards and in waste transfer stations, with a choice of wheels or tracks to suit the terrain conditions in the facility. With operating weights under 55,000 lbs, the 821 M and 821 R are highly efficient units that provide excellent maneuverability in confined work spaces.

The new models share many characteristics with previous models of Sennebogen material handler. The 821 M and 821 R is equipped with one large hydraulic axial piston pump and a computer free load-sensing hydraulic system with energy saving flow on demand control and pressure cut off function. In addition, the 821's have a special ultra-fine filtration system designed to be 99.95% effective at 2 microns. An oversized hydraulic oil cooler keeps the oil at a low temperature level. Meanwhile, the hydraulically driven radiator has a reversible feature to clean out debris and improve of the overall cooling efficiency of the engine. Keeping the machine clean and cool means longer life for service components, while the 'computer-free' design provides dependable day-to-day service with minimal downtime.

Additional design features of the new 821 M and 821 R machines include:
- Hydraulic cab that rises using 2 lift cylinders for enhanced stability;
- An economically designed cab for more operator comfort;
- A 13 KW generator that is driven off the front of the engine;
- Improved noise reduction system that makes it quieter and a better place to work;
- Ground level centralized pressure test ports for troubleshooting of all working functions as well as a central lubrication system.
