| Clark Earns Five Awards for Projects in Maryland and D.C. Clark Construction Group, LLC was honored with five awards of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties Maryland/D.C. Chapter. The Awards of Excellence honor superior performance in commercial and institutional real estate. Clark earned the Best Urban Office (over 150,000 square feet) Award for 1700 K Street, in Washington, D.C.; Best Build-to-Suit Office Award for the International Monetary Fund Headquarters 2, in Washington, D.C.; Best Institutional Facility Award for the Music Center at Strathmore, in North Bethesda, Md.; and the Best Renovations (Best Urban) Award for the American Red Cross National Headquarters, in Washington, D.C.
