| New Air Cadet offers enhanced performance Barnant introduces the Air Cadet line of newly-enhanced diaphragm vacuum/pressure pumps for industrial, environmental, life sciences, and OEM applications. Enhancements include improved diaphragm durability, increased vacuum and pressure performance, and upgraded switch control. The Air Cadet is particularly well-suited for both high-flow and low-flow applications where compact, chemical resistant, and economical pumps are needed. 115 VAC, 230 VAC, and portable 12 VDC motor models are available - from single-head and dual-head units to complete vacuum/pressure control stations. Air Cadet pumps now feature a Dacron reinforced diaphragm for increased performance and durability, and excellent chemical resistance. The high performance, low maintenance pumps provide vacuum to 23" Hg, pressure to 23 psig, flow to 14 LPM or 17 LPM, and a per-head free-air capacity of 0-0.9 cfm. A single-head pump can handle many tough applications, and the dual-head unit can pump independently or in parallel to double free air capacity. An updated motor featuring an integral On/Off switch eliminates the need for added external wiring and switching. The UL and CL approved pumps do not require vacuum oil, and totally enclosed fan-cooled motors provide quiet, reliable operations. write your comments about the article :: © 2006 Construction News :: home page |
