| Impregilo Announces First Quarter 2006 Results Italian construction group Impregilo S.p.A. said in its quarterly report that net profit amounted to 35 million euro (4.3 million euro at 31 March 2005). Impregilo reports quarterly operating profit of approximately 45 million euro (25.5 million euro at 31 March 2005); net sales of 624.7 million euro (572.7 million euro at 31 March 2005). The net debt of the company on March 31, 2006, amounted to 477.1 million euro (489.3 million euro at 31 December 2005). Shareholders' equity totaled 552.2 million euro as compared to 516.7 million euro at 31 December 2005.
