| Hill International Selected for the Bachmann Springs in Arizona Hill International, the worldwide construction consulting firm, has been selected by Bachmann Springs Holdings, LLC to be the program manager for the Bachmann Springs development. Bachmann Springs is a planned 1,700-acre enclave in Cochise County, Arizona near the historic city of Tombstone, surrounded by 250,000 acres of federal and state land. Situated just below the spectacular Dragoon Mountains and the famous Cochise Stronghold, the area is rich in spiritual and historic meaning.
