| Bovis Lend Lease To Build Retail Centre In Cardiff Lend Lease Corporation Limited announced that its subsidiary, Bovis Lend Lease Limited, has been awarded the £280 million design and construction contract to deliver the St David's 2 retail centre in Cardiff in the UK for Land Securities PLC. Bovis Lend Lease will provide project management, design management and construction services. The project, one of the largest retail projects awarded in the UK this year, comprises approximately 90,000 square metres of retail space, parking for 2,500 cars and 300 apartments.
