Spirax Sarco introduces new M-Series ball valves

Spirax Sarco has introduced the new M-Series line of ball valves. The M-Series comprises four configurations for steam and other industrial fluids for services ranging from vacuum to higher temperatures and pressures. Applications include liquid hydrocarbons, carbon dioxide, oils, gases, steam, condensate and process water.

The M-Series valves are engineered with a blow-out proof stem; a modular seat/seal assembly for smooth operation at high pressures; a rugged, integrated seat and body gasket; a floating ball for tight shut-off under ANSI Class VI; static discharge capability; a steam-rated packing system; and carbon steel and 316L stainless steel construction.

As standard, the M10V/S is available in ¼ in. to 2½ in. NPT for manual operation only. The M10Si ISO is available in ¼ in. to 2½ in. NPT for automated valve configurations. Other connections are available. Offered for both manual operation and automated valve configurations, the M31SFB ISO is available with 2 in. to 8 in. ANSI 150 or 300 flange connections, and the M40V/SRB ISO is available in 1 in. to 6 in. ANSI 150 flange connections. All valves, except M10V/S, are available with ISO mounting as standard and are ready for automation.
