| Industrial loadsure pumpheads  Watson-Marlow Bredel has launched the 520 LoadSure elements range. The combination of the tube element and pumphead design provides pressure performance up to 100 psi, allowing the 520 LoadSure elements pumps to be utilized in the chemical, water and wastewater, print and food processing industries. The new 520 LoadSure pump offers flows of 55 GPH at 30 psi to7 GPH at 100 psi. Reliable, rugged and easy to use, the metering pump covers a wide range of applications including high-pressure chemical injection of sodium hypochlorite, ferric chloride and other aggressive chemicals, low-shear metering of printing inks, dyes and brighteners, as well as simple transfer of viscous fluids such as adhesives.The 520 Series pumps and patented LoadSure elements guarantee correct loading every time, as well as easy one-minute maintenance with no snaking, twisting or pinching. Operator safety is ensured at all times by utilizing a new-look shade guard, sealed to withhold any spillages at atmospheric pressure. Drain port plugs allow for easy removal of spilt fluid and an optional float switch leak detector will stop the pump automatically in such conditions.
