New thermostatic water mixing valve

Leonard Valve Company announces the introduction of the Model 108 single-fixture point-of-use thermostatic water mixing valve for commercial and institutional applications. Leonard's new thermostatic water mixing valve incorporates a strong wax element to control temperature, 3/8" compression connections and a wider supply temperature range that can accept higher hot water supply temperature. The valve also allows for a closer approach temperature, so that the mix temperature can be within 5ºF of the hot supply temperature. Model 108 is designed with a simple temperature adjustment knob that is lockable and needs no special tools.

A cold water by-pass fitting option supplies tempered and cold water to one fixture. The valve also features a bronze body, copper encapsulated thermostat assembly with brass shuttle, stainless steel springs, Buna-N: O rings and integral check valves on hot and cold inlets.
