| Richco releases the RRR series releasable snap rivet  Richco announced the latest addition to its fastener line, the RRR releasable snap rivets. These rivets are ideal for applications in which secured components eventually may need to be removed. These rivets are designed to be assembled without the assistance of an. installation tool. To install, simply place the rivet in the hole and press the head. The legs of the rivet are designed to expand, firmly locking the components into place. The unique design of these parts allows for removal of the pin and rivet by simply pulling on the side tabs. These parts come in two sizes to accommodate panel thicknesses from .059"-.217".In addition to working in a round hole, they can also be installed into a non-rotating square hole.
