| Hill International's President Named to ’40 Under 40’ Hill International, the worldwide construction consulting firm, has announced that David L. Richter, the company's President and Chief Operating Officer, has been named by Building Design & Construction magazine to its first annual "40 Under 40" list. The list, which recognizes the top 40 rising young professionals under the age of 40 working nationwide in the fields of architecture, engineering or construction, was published in the magazine's March 2006 issue. Richter, 39, was selected to BD&C's list from a pool of 448 nominees. He has been Hill's President and COO since 2004, and has been with the company for nearly 11 years.
