| Hochtief wins laboratory contract at North Carolina Via its US subsidiary Turner, Hochtief won the contract for constructing the David H. Murdock Core Laboratory Building of the North Carolina Research Campus. In addition to the 311, 000-square-foot laboratory, the EUR 83 million project comprises the central infrastructure for the campus's energy supply. Hochtief was awarded the contract as construction manager. Turner already acquired several major contracts this year, including construction of a new hospital in Oregon, a 26-gate terminal at JFK Airport in New York and additions to an entertainment complex in New Jersey.
